Are human beings aware of who they really are ? Society has developed in such a way that humans have grown up by being encouraged to adapt to the world of society, forgetting to adapt to the world of nature, hence to the core of their fundamental world which allows life of being. Adults have been used to wear a social mask, as a representation of the personality they are expected to project, to show they obey and adapt to society, with its on-going new technologies, new trends, new ways of thinking (or « not thinking »), new ways of « having », but all this adaptation has increasingly kept them away from the « being » part of their human nature. A signal has come through the Covid-19 virus symbolised by a mask. I am convinced that our interior child will take this as an opportunity to be brought to life again by expressing joy and freedom. The interior child of each adult will catch the straps of the mask and shake it as a rattle to discover new ways of growing up that will emphasise on being rather than on having. The rattle mask will serve as the awakening of our interior child who will create the new world where the mask will remind that human has passed from the dark and fake side of the mask to the bright side which allows what wants to live, what is essential to life : joy and freedom. So what if the mask was there to protect our inner child for him/her to get free ?
